Kyriaki Mitsou is an Architect and a GEOAXIS member since February 2019. She has been in the property valuation sector since 2010.
She holds a degree in Architect Engineering from the Demokritus University of Thrace and she attends a post-graduate course (MSc) in Real Estate Investment and Finance of Heriot-Watt University of Edinburgh, U.K. She is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of French.
At her early professional stages her working experience was related mainly to the architectural and construction fields, planning and design of buildings, building constructions, project management, supervision of building projects, issuance of building permits, arbitrary arrangements.
She has also worked as a property valuer in Eurobank Property Services S.A. for 9 years with duties: on-site technical audits, arbitrary arrangements and property valuation reports for the municipalities of Ermionida and Nafplio.
She is an Expert Valuer-Recognised European Valuer (REV) and a Certified Property Valuer accredited by the Mnistry of Finance (no. 570). She is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, of the Association of Greek Valuers and of the Hellenic Valuation Institute.
