Haris Kartsagkoulis is the general manager of Geoaxis property and valuation services. He has been in the property valuation sector since 2005.
He is a MRICS Valuer, an Expert Valuer - Recognised European Valuer (REV) and a Certified Property Valuer accredited from the Greek Ministry of Finance (No. 227). He also contributes The Technical Chamber of Greece as an expert valuer.
He holds a Rural and Surveying Engineering Degree from the National Technical University of Athens. Currently, he is attending a distance learning Masters programme of HERIOT WATT University of Edinburgh named ‘Real Estate Investment & Finance’ (RICS Accredited). Since 2006 he has participated at all CPD events conducted by the Greek Property Valuation Institute. He holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English (university of Cambridge) and the Certificat de Langue Francaise Delf (1-4).
He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and the Hellenic Association of Rural and Surveying Engineers. He is a full member of the Association of Greek Valuers and the Greek Property Valuation Institute. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of The Technical Chamber of Greece regarding the assembly of a National Register of Valuers/Engineers, member of the Special Scientific Committee of the Hellenic Association of Rural and Surveying Engineers regarding property valuations and member of the Scientific Committee of the TCG regarding Education.
He joined GEOAXIS during 2007. Since 2012 he has been the general manager of the company. His day to day duties consist of property valuations, valuation reviews, staff coordination, quality control and market analysis reviews.
