Eirini-Frantzeska Drakaki supports Geoaxis Property & Valuation Services since 2018.
She holds a BEng in Civil Engineering of Building Constructions from the former Technological Educational Institute of Crete, now the Hellenic Mediterranean University, as well as a BEng(Hons) and an MSc in Civil & Structural Engineering from The University of Bradford, SoEDT, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Structural Engineering from The University of Manchester, School of MACE. She has also received an Energy Performance Inspectors Certificate of Studies for buildings.
Her work experience starts in parallel with her first studies at the family technical office where she mainly deals with the design study, decoration, supervision and construction of private projects. After receiving her first degree, she started collaboration with the technical-architectural office of I.Chalambalakis, where she gained experience in the design and construction of hotel units. In 2005-2006 she worked in the former Region of Crete, now the Decentralized Administration of Crete, The Environmental & Regional Planning Department, in the field of Environmental Planning License approvals and monitoring. Since then and while continuing her studies, she has been building a circle of associates in both private and public works (Environmental Impact Studies, Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans, Port Master Plans, Coastal Engineering & Marine Projects). She has also worked as a site supervisor in terms of a construction site internship in the construction department of a company (EUROPLAN Architects-Engineers-Contractors) and then, in 2017 as a Design Manager in its design department. She is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of German and Italian. Since 2004 she is a member of the Professional & Scientific Union of the Technological Education Engineers (EETEM), and since 2013 a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). Since 2014 she is a Certified Energy Performance Inspector (Buildings) for the prefectures of Herakleion & Lassithi.
