GEOAXIS specialized in the field of property valuation for all the kind of real estate assets (land, buildings and fixed/non fixed equipment). GEOAXIS is the first Greek company certified by The Hellenic Ministry of Finance (Registry of certified legal entities, registration number 1). GEOAXIS is also a registered firm by the Royal Institution of chartered Surveyors (Reg. No. 030483) and it is certified for its services by Bureau Veritas with an ISO 9001:2015. GEOAXIS also offers Professional Indemnity Insurance – PII and high security standards by digitally signed valuation reports.

Our people mainly consists of Chartered Surveyors and Engineers/Valuers members of the RICS and the Technical Chamber of Greece. With two offices in Athens and Thessaloniki we cover Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans.

We offer high quality valuation services in line with the standards of RICS (RICS Valuation – Global Standards 2020), the International Valuation Standards (IVS - 2020) and the European Valuation Standards (EVS - 2016). Our valuation reports could be submitted to the private and the public sector, banks, insurance agencies, courts of justice etc, both in Greece and abroad.

Valuation Purposes

Property valuations could be used in any case where companies (or individuals) want to independently informed about the value of a property/asset for a variety of purposes, as us investment decisions, acquisition and disposals, capital contributions, secured lending, entity’s mergers, due diligence, legal claims and disputes, insurance purposes, settlement of various disputes that consists property matters and also for rent renegotiations. Moreover, property valuations could also be used for the purposes of International Financial Reporting Standards – IFRS.
