Andreas Iriotis is a permanent external associate of Geoaxis property & valuation services since 2008. He specializes in valuation of fixed/non fixed equipment. He has been in the real estate/valuations business since 2003, straight after completing his studies.
His academic studies include a Mechanical Engineer Degree from the University of Wales and an M.Sc in Operation management and Manufacturing Systems from the University of Nottingham. Furthermore he holds an MBA from the National Technical University of Athens and the Athens University of Economics and Business.
His work experience started in 2004 as a mechanical engineer in the paper industry. From 2010 he works as a business consultant and his aim is to optimize and reorganize the production process as well as the development, the installation and the implementation of management systems for programming, implement and monitor the production process.
Since 2008, he has been systematically involved with the evaluation of mechanical equipment and installations as an independent valuer on behalf of Emporiki Bank, Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank and other private companies.
He had attended seminars and conferences which were related to the estimate sector.
He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMECH) and also of the Association of Greek Valuers.
